1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyLuckyTickets.com (the “Website”), operated by MyLuckyTickets Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By accessing the Website or purchasing any entry, you (“you”, “your”, “entrant”) agree to these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.
1.4. These Terms apply to:

• Regular Competitions

• Instant Win Competitions

• Bonus Instant Win features (when offered)

• Free Entry and Free Draw Competitions

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to enter any competition.
2.2. Proof of age and identity may be required before awarding any prize.
2.3. Employees, agents, or affiliates of MyLuckyTickets Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Accounts

3.1. To enter competitions, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Competition Types

4.1. All competitions are skill-based, requiring entrants to correctly answer a Competition Question.
4.2. Our competitions are not gambling, games of chance, or lotteries under UK law.
4.3. An entry is only valid once:

• Payment is received (where applicable); and/or

• The Competition Question is answered correctly.

5. Regular Competitions

5.1. Each Regular Competition includes:

• An opening and closing date

• A fixed draw date

• A countdown timer showing time remaining

5.2. Entrants must purchase a ticket and answer the Competition Question correctly.
5.3. Regular Competitions may include Bonus Instant Win opportunities, but only if clearly stated.
5.4. Bonus Instant Wins do not affect entry into the main draw.
5.5. All entries with correct answers will be included in the draw on the advertised date (if required).

5A. Free Entry & Free Draw Competitions

5A.1. MyLuckyTickets may offer certain competitions with a free entry option (“Free Draws”), which will be clearly marked on the competition page.
5A.2. Where a Free Draw is offered, no purchase is required, and free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
5A.3. The method of free entry will be clearly described on the competition page.
5A.4. Free Draw entries must comply with all instructions provided and correctly answer the Competition Question where applicable.
5A.5. Free Draw entries are subject to the same eligibility, verification, and competition rules as paid entries.
5A.6. We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any Free Draw entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms.

5B. Minimum Ticket Target & Alternative Outcomes

5B.1. Some competitions (including Regular Competitions and Free Draws) may be subject to a minimum ticket target, which will be clearly stated on the competition page.

5B.2. If a competition has a minimum ticket target and the target is not met by the closing date, the outcome, as disclosed on the competition page:

a) 75% of Revenue
The winner will receive a cash prize equal to 75% of the total ticket revenue generated for that competition.

5B.3. Where the “75% of revenue” option applies:

• The remaining 25% covers operational, administrative, and platform costs;

• The final cash amount will be calculated after the competition closes;

• No alternative prize will be offered unless explicitly stated.

5B.4. The applicable outcome will always be clearly disclosed before entry.
5B.5. By entering such a competition, entrants agree to the stated outcome if the minimum ticket target is not reached.

6. Instant Win Competitions & Bonus Instant Wins

6.1. Instant Win Competitions allow entrants to win immediately if they:

• Purchase an Instant Win ticket; and

• Answer the Competition Question correctly.

6.2. If an entrant purchases the winning Instant Win ticket but answers incorrectly, the prize will not be awarded.
6.3. Instant Win entries are reviewed daily by our team.
6.4. Bonus Instant Win features in Regular Competitions follow the same rules.

7. How We Select Winners

7.1. Once a Regular Competition ends, all entries are exported into an Excel file containing:

• Ticket Number

• Entrant’s Answer

• Entrant’s First Name

7.2. This file is processed using our automated workflow on Make.com, where:

• All tickets with correct answers are extracted;

• Correct entries are placed into a new pool;

• The pool is fully randomised;

• A single random ticket is selected as the winner.

7.3. The selected ticket is the official winner.
7.4. This process ensures fairness and transparency.
7.5. Draw results may be livestreamed or published publicly.

8. Ticket Purchases

8.1. Ticket prices and entry limits are displayed on each competition page.
8.2. All payments must be made in GBP (£).
8.3. All ticket sales are final. There is no refund policy unless a competition is cancelled by us.
8.4. Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled, transferred, or refunded once purchased.

9. Winner Notification

9.1. Winners will be notified via:

• Email

• Phone (if provided)

• Account dashboard

9.2. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
9.3. Failure to respond may result in prize forfeiture and selection of a new winner.

10. Prizes

10.1. All prizes are described clearly on each competition page.
10.2. Some competitions may be subject to minimum ticket targets and alternative prize outcomes, which will be clearly stated.
10.3. A cash alternative may be offered only if explicitly stated.
10.4. If a cash alternative is offered, the winner may choose between the prize and the stated cash amount.
10.5. If no cash alternative is stated, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.6. We may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
10.7. Prize delivery or collection will be arranged directly with the winner.

Vehicle Prizes

• Insurance, tax, and running costs are the winner’s responsibility.

• Delivery or collection will be agreed with the winner.

11. Publicity

11.1. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
11.2. Winners may opt out, except where legally required.

12. Competition Cancellation & Amendments

12.1. We may cancel or amend a competition due to technical issues, fraud, website failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
12.2. If cancelled, entrants will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price.

13. Fair Use & Prohibited Behaviour

Entrants must not:

• Use bots or automated systems

• Use multiple accounts

• Manipulate competitions

• Provide false information

• Interfere with Website operations

Violations may result in disqualification, account suspension, or legal action.

14. Responsible Play Statement

14.1. MyLuckyTickets supports responsible participation.
14.2. Entrants are encouraged to participate for entertainment only and spend within their means.
14.3. Support organisations include GamCare, BeGambleAware, and Mind.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1. We are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, third-party delays, or user errors.
15.2. Nothing limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

16. Privacy

16.2. By using the Website, you consent to our data practices.

17. Governing Law

17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
